Dr. Nicole W. Adell is an innovative leader with expertise in instructional design that integrates emerging technology and drives organizational change. She is dedicated to promoting equitable, student-centered learning and has conducted research in Youth Culture (YC), Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and culturally responsive practices. Dr. Adell has 25 years of experience as an English teacher and in secondary-level administration, primarily in large, urban school districts. In the AI literacy space, Dr. Adell supports practitioners in understanding, analyzing, and using artificial intelligence to enhance teaching and learning. With a commitment to driving growth in Historically and Systematically Excluded (HSE) communities, she empowers educators and learners through strategic leadership and innovative solutions. Dr. Adell holds a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a M.A. from George Washington University, and an Ed.D. from the University of Louisville. Dr. Nicole W.
