With over 35 years in education, I’ve had the privilege of leading transformative initiatives across independent and international schools. From the classroom to the boardroom, my passion lies in creating dynamic learning environments that empower students, educators, and communities.
At NEOM in Saudi Arabia, I served as Head of NEOM Community Schools & Senior Manager of NEOM Baccalaureate, where I led strategic visioning for future campuses, the Baccalaureate program, and Centers for Excellence. I also spearheaded cutting-edge programs in AI & Robotics, Sustainability, Entrepreneurship & Leadership, Oceanographic Studies, and Teaching & Learning.
As Head of School at All Saints Episcopal School (TX), I drove a strategic vision that redefined mission and core values, led a high-impact Enrollment Management program, and completed 30+ capital projects, including award-winning learning spaces like the Center for Innovation, The Collaboratory, and Outdoor Learning Center.
Previously, at The Oakridge School, I served in multiple leadership roles—Director of Admissions, Head of Middle School, and Director of Summer Programs—launching 1:1 technology initiatives, strategic enrollment efforts, and wellness-focused programming.
Beyond traditional school leadership, I co-founded Sandbox, an innovative think tank that fosters unstructured, high-level dialogue among thought leaders—because sometimes the best ideas emerge from the most unexpected conversations.
A lifelong learner, I’ve pursued Dare to Lead Trainer Certification, SAP Design Thinking, NAIS Aspiring Heads Fellowship, Vanderbilt Peabody’s Independent School Leadership Program, and more.
