Marcia Kish is a dynamic blended learning specialist who empowers educators to transform their classrooms through student voice, choice, and ownership. With over 26 years of experience in education, she brings practical strategies, energy, and expertise to every professional learning experience.
Marcia began her career with Worthington City Schools in Ohio, serving for 11 years as both a classroom teacher and technology specialist. She has since become a nationally recognized instructional coach, conference speaker, and leader in personalized learning. As founder of Blended Learning PD, Marcia partners with K–12 schools across the country, helping educators implement small-group instruction, data-driven planning, and student-centered learning studios.
She is also an adjunct professor at Ashland University and collaborates with leading EdTech platforms to support the integration of AI tools in the classroom. Marcia holds a B.A. in Elementary Education from the University of Dayton and an M.A. in Instructional Technology from National University.
She is the author of The Field Guide for the 12 Elements of Student Engagement and Ownership, and host of the podcast The Morning Blend with Marcia Kish. Her mission: equip educators with the tools and confidence to make learning meaningful, personalized, and fun.
