Ms. Lori Menning

Lori brings over 25 years of experience working with English Learners in Bilingual-Bicultural Education programs throughout Wisconsin. This is her eighth year serving as EL and Bilingual-Bicultural Consultant for Cooperative Educational Service Agency (CESA) 6 where she supports over 39 school districts, empowering educators and administrators to elevate outcomes for multilingual learners. As both a teacher and a leader Lori is recognized for her leadership in language acquisition and extensive background in educational technology incorporation and implementation. She presents at regional, state, and national conferences, sharing proven strategies for supporting English Learners. Lori is excited to return to FETC in 2026 to share the most innovative practices using edtech to drive student success.
