Lori Menning has over 25 years experience teaching English Learners in Bilingual-Bicultural Education programs in Wisconsin. This is her seventh year as EL, Bilingual-Bicultural Consultant at Cooperative Educational Service Agency (CESA) 6 in Oshkosh, WI. Serving more than 39 school districts she empowers teachers and administrators to ensure the success of their multilingual learners. As an enthusiastic teacher leader she has a strong commitment to language acquisition and proven success in helping students achieve their utmost potential. She is currently in her third year serving as President of the Wisconsin Association for Bilingual Education. As both a teacher and a leader, Lori has extensive background in educational technology incorporation and implementation. She leads workshops and presents at regional, state, and national conferences, sharing effective strategies and best practices for working with multilingual learners.Having facilitated both workshops and concurrent sessions at FETC she looks forward to returning to FETC in 2025!
