Mr. Joseph Thibault

Joseph Thibault is a first-generation college graduate with two decades of experience in education technology and online education. A startup veteran, he joined his first in 2007, cofounded another in 2008, founded an edtech-focused blog in 2009 (acquired in 2020), joined StraighterLine as employee #4 in 2010 (acquired in 2020), and recently founded Cursive Technology (2023). He is a speaker and presenter and has engaged educators, technologists, and students worldwide to promote the use of technology to improve educational access. He holds a BA and MEd. from the University of Vermont and MBA from the University of Maryland and lives with his wife in Baltimore, Maryland.
