Jonathan Olshan has been an educator for fifteen years. He has taught 7th, 8th, 10th, and 11th grade English as well as 9th-12th grade Broadcasting. For the past six years, Jonathan has served as a K-12 Instructional Technology Coach for Warwick School District. He is an advocate for all students and has a passion for helping teachers inspire and engage their learners by using technology to create student-centered, innovative classrooms.
Jonathan is a Google Certified Trainer, Apple Learning Coach, SMART Innovator, Seesaw Ambassador, and Figma Edu Creator. He loves to share with other passionate educators and has presented at the Elementary and Secondary Tech Conference (ETC/STC), Pennsylvania Educational Technology Expo and Conference (PETE&C), Keystone Technology Integrators Summit (KTI), Tech Media Collaborative (IU13), Luminate Global Conference, and has led numerous professional development sessions for his current school district.
Jonathan has worked as a freelance curriculum writer for STEM Education Works, developing lesson plans for K-8 classrooms utilizing Sphero Bolts and Micro:bits. Recently, he completed freelance work for Figma Edu Creators developing collaborative learning templates for elementary and secondary classrooms. He also volunteers as a 1:1 Apple/Google Tech Coach for members of the Luther Acres Retirement Community.
