Mrs. Jill Hill

Jill Hill is an educational leader dedicated to transforming teaching through technology, inclusive design, and student-centered practices. As a Teaching and Learning Specialist in Royal Oak Schools, she leads professional development, curriculum redesign, and the integration of AI, UDL, SEL, and inquiry-based models. Jill’s work emphasizes a human-centered approach to AI, ensuring its use deepens learning, amplifies student voice, and strengthens teacher-student connections. She also serves as the Learning Council K–12 Technology Representative, Michigan Virtual AI Ambassador, and member of the Oakland Schools EdTech Leadership Team, shaping innovation across the region. Through ISTE’s AI Explorations program, Jill has guided multiple educator cohorts in using AI ethically and intentionally to enhance meaningful learning. She leads with vision and purpose–driving innovation, fostering creativity, and advancing impactful change across classrooms and learning communities.
