Jen Lawson is an experienced educator and technology leader with over 25 years in K–12 education. As the Instructional Technology Integration Coordinator for Northville Public Schools in Michigan, she supports teachers across all grade levels in integrating technology and AI tools to enhance instruction, differentiate learning, and build future-ready classrooms.
Jen has designed and delivered professional development at both the district and state levels, helping educators build confidence with emerging technologies and apply them in meaningful, student-centered ways. She is known for her innovative, hands-on approach and her ability to make complex tools practical and accessible for all educators.
Before stepping into her current role, Jen spent two decades in the classroom as a middle school math teacher. That experience grounds her work in empathy, relevance, and a deep understanding of classroom realities. Today, she continues to empower educators through purposeful innovation, ensuring that both teachers and students are prepared to thrive in an ever-evolving educational landscape.
