With over 25 years of experience in education, Jayne has facilitated district-wide training for thousands of educators and collaborated closely with Business Process Owners and key stakeholders to develop customized AI tools aligned with the district’s instructional vision.
Jayne approaches professional development with a deep commitment to making technology accessible and meaningful for all educators. She passionately challenges the notion of being “tech-savvy,” emphasizing instead resilience and the opportunity to continually improve teaching and learning through technology. Her trainings harness the power of AI to create relevant, engaging learning experiences that truly meet participants’ needs.
Holding a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology from the University of Florida and a teaching degree from the University of Central Florida, Jayne’s instructional philosophy centers on amplifying teacher impact—letting technology handle data and logistics, so educators can focus on feedback, engagement, and authentic learning experiences. At her core, Jayne is a teacher who believes that every learner deserves voice, choice, and equitable opportunity in a connected classroom.
