From the studio to the classroom, Etheard Joseph has always believed in the power of building and engaging others. As an entrepreneur, educator, esports coach, and professional artist, Joseph seamlessly merges these disciplines to create meaningful and lasting impact. With a background that includes degrees in the arts and a master's in business education, Joseph has spent his career not just learning but building—from founding businesses to developing comprehensive business education and scholastic esports programs. A professional artist and filmmaker at heart, Etheard Joseph approaches challenges with a creative mind and a strategic perspective. He is motivated by the opportunity to be challenged, to make a difference in his community, and to continuously evolve.
Etheard is a 2025 NASEF Scholastic Fellow and high school educator and entrepreneur holding a Masters in Business Education from Hofstra University. He is the architect of the innovative "Information Technology Scholastic Esports In-House Academy," a four-year Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathway that transforms the classroom into a simulated workplace at Jupiter Community High School. By integrating the FLDOE Digital Media/Multimedia Foundations curriculum with the dynamic esports ecosystem, this program immerses students in hands-on learning focused on digital media, game development, and entrepreneurship.
