Eileen Glass is an innovative educator with over 13 years of experience in public education, blending classroom expertise with a strong focus on educational technology. She began her career teaching 5th and 6th grade in Fairfax County Public Schools, where she cultivated a passion for student-centered, creative learning experiences. After eight years in the classroom, Eileen transitioned into the role of School-Based Technology Specialist at the middle school level, supporting teachers in integrating digital tools to enhance instruction. She currently serves as a Technology Resource Teacher for Portsmouth Public Schools, where she has spent the past four years empowering educators and students to use technology in meaningful, engaging ways. Eileen is especially passionate about fostering creativity and designing dynamic learning environments that spark curiosity and support all learners. Her work reflects a commitment to innovation, collaboration, and the belief that technology can be a powerful catalyst for student engagement and achievement.
