Dr. Derek Wilson

Derek Wilson is the Director of Innovation and Technology, specializing in the use of technology in the classroom, especially artificial intelligence. Based in Atlanta, Derek began his career as a Spanish teacher and brings a unique perspective through doctoral studies in moral development and bioethics. He is passionate about helping schools use technology in ways that are both innovative and ethically grounded. Currently, Derek primarily works on LLM products that help students engage and think critically.
