Mrs. Deann Poleon

Deann Poleon is a Technology Integrator with extensive experience in K-12 education. Holding a Master's in English Education from the University at Buffalo, Deann has been working with Lake Shore Central Schools since 2018, collaborating with teachers and students to integrate technology for enhanced learning experiences. This includes direct work with students in areas such as coding, robotics, graphic design, augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR), media technology, and digital literacy and fluency. Her responsibilities also encompass designing and implementing professional development for staff and creating district technology goals. Prior to this role, Deann taught English at Lake Shore High School for 14 years, where she also integrated technology into her lessons.
