Dr. Dawn Rock started her career in education as a high school English teacher in the Humanitas program in LAUSD. In addition to the classroom, she was also Athletic Director, Impact Coordinator, and a Guidance Counselor. Dr. Rock then moved to administration as a middle school and elementary principal, Director of Special Education and Student Support Services for the Rosemead School District. Dr. Rock retired in 2023 and lives in the Los Angeles area with her husband, and their four children.
