Mr. Dave Termunde

Dave Termunde (PandaDave) brings a unique fusion of technology expertise, business strategy, operational leadership, and educational vision to Arbor Park School District 145. With advanced degrees in Curriculum & Instructional Technology, Business Administration, and Technical Management, he has transformed the district’s technology and operations departments into a cohesive, student-centered, future-ready ecosystem. Dave also created the PandaTech Department which is a bamboo-infused technology brand for the district! In addition to leading technology, Dave oversees district operations—including branding, maintenance, facilities projects, and large-scale modernization efforts. His ability to blend systems thinking with creative problem‑solving ensures that every initiative, from infrastructure upgrades to visual identity, strengthens the student experience and supports long-term district goals. Dave holds an extensive list of industry certifications—including PMP, CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+/Proj+, Microsoft MIE, and ISC2 CISSP—and has contributed nationally as a Subject Matter Expert for the ISC2 and CompTIA exams. He also served on the advisory board for the CCRE certification, helping shape the future of cybersecurity education. With 18 years as a higher education instructor, Dave’s passion for empowering educators and students runs deep.
