Cindy Daniels

Cindy Daniels is a Professional Development Specialist for Connection, bringing over 10 years of teaching and 13 years of school administration experience in diverse districts. As a principal for nine years, she led educators through shifts from traditional instruction to modern learning environments, emphasizing flexible seating, personalized learning, and technology integration. Cindy collaborates with teachers, district leaders, and school boards to advance instructional practices and has delivered professional development at all levels. She is a Microsoft Innovative Educator, MIE Certified, and a Master Trainer, preparing schools and districts to leverage Microsoft/Office 365 solutions for today’s learners. Cindy holds a BA in Elementary Education from Emmanuel College, Boston, with teaching certifications for NH, MA, and NC. She earned her Master’s in School Administration from UNC Chapel Hill and holds Principal Licensure for NC.
