Cassandra Haines-Riiska

Cassandra Haines-Riiska is an elementary school teacher in Oakland, FL. She has been teaching students of all abilities in Connecticut and Florida for 11 years. She graduated from Connecticut College with a BA in Human Development and an Elementary Education Certification. Cassandra values STEM and the arts and incorporates them into daily instruction as much as possible. She has previously presented at the Florida Association of Science Teachers conference and FETC last year. She loves finding new technology to incorporate into her teaching and using as much hands on learning as possible.
