Belinda Howell

Belinda Howell is a Digital Learning Specialist at Aldine ISD in Houston, Texas, where she empowers educators through strategic integration of instructional technology. With a diverse professional background encompassing 7th and 8th grade Social Studies instruction in Spring ISD, roles as a Campus Instructional Technology Specialist, and experience in multi-faceted coaching (Digital Learning, Social Studies, and Literacy), Belinda brings a comprehensive understanding of educational needs. Her passion for leveraging gamification to enhance student engagement is a core focus of her practice. Currently, she is advancing her expertise in educational technology through a Master’s program at Western Governors University, with an anticipated graduation in June 2025. Belinda is dedicated to fostering innovative learning environments that captivate and inspire students.
