How AI is implemented often determines the impact. Critical thinking, creativity, and adaptive expertise are future skills embedded in project-based learning and design thinking schema, frameworks I use to answer one overarching question: How can we best innovate to set students up for a future in which the circumstances may be constantly shifting? Normalizing failure as a catalyst for growth and modeling vulnerability around our process drive a culture of curiosity, deep learning, and flexible iterations. I help organizations navigate: Productive Struggle - Engineering learning environments that prioritize adaptive knowledge. I focus on building the scaffolding where students learn to navigate frustration, iterate through failure, and master the art of asking better questions. AI-Human Partnership - Beyond tech integration to utilize AI as a thought partner. I design implementations that ensure that technology enhances, not detracts from, student critical thinking, creativity and independent inquiry.
