With 15 years in education, Ashley Faulkner has served Fayette County Public Schools in many capacities as a teacher and an instructional coach. As a District Digital Learning Coach and STEM Coach, Ashley has developed and led district initiatives dedicated to equity and access for all students including the district’s STEM Bus, EPIC Esports, Lending Library, and 3D Printing Lab. She is passionate about creating inclusive spaces, like the Girls Who Game program, which grew from 30 to 270 students in three years and now EPIC Esports which has over 400 students participating. I believe it is crucial to foster diversity in these fields, empowering young women and marginalized students to become innovators and leaders.
