Mrs. Artrice Johnson

Associate Director of AI Custom Strategy, Instruction Partners
United States
Artrice Johnson is an education coach who works with school and district leaders to build strong systems that help teachers implement artificial intelligence with curriculum to improve teaching and learning. She believes that when leaders support teachers with smart tools and clear plans, schools can create even better learning experiences for every student. Artrice is also earning a doctorate degree in Educational Leadership, studying how artificial intelligence (AI) is being used in schools and changing education. Her research looks at both new uses of AI and the history of technology in schools, including the early work of Seymour Papert, a pioneer who helped create LEGO robotics for learning. Artrice focuses on making sure all students have equal opportunities to succeed, especially as new technology becomes a bigger part of learning. In addition to coaching and research, Artrice also advocates for programs that introduce students—especially girls—to building and coding with robotics and gaining other technology skills. She is passionate about helping schools and students get ready for a bright future.
