Ms. ANTONIA LLULL

CLINICAL AND PROGRAM DIRECTOR, MPOWERME, LLC
United States
Antonia Llull, MOT, OTR/L, is a pediatric occupational therapist and learning strategist with over 25 years of experience supporting neurodiverse learners in clinical, educational, and community settings. As founder of MPowerMe and Play To Do and co-creator of the Design a Zoo pilot assessment framework, she specializes in integrating executive functioning, sensory-informed strategies, and project-based learning to foster meaningful engagement and 21st-century skill development. Antonia consults nationally with schools, EdTech developers, and curriculum designers to build inclusive, brain-based learning systems that empower all students to thrive as collaborators, problem-solvers, and changemakers. Her work bridges therapeutic insight and instructional practice, supporting educators in embedding developmentally informed strategies directly into classroom routines, makerspaces, and STEM/STEAM initiatives. With a clinical background in supporting students with ADHD, autism, sensory processing differences, and fine and visual motor challenges, Antonia’s approach emphasizes practical, scalable solutions that promote participation, regulation, and confidence across learning environments. She regularly leads professional development workshops for teachers, therapists, and school leaders, translating neuroscience and occupational therapy into accessible, ready-to-implement strategies that improve learning outcomes for all students -- especially those who struggle with attention, planning, and flexible thinking.
