Ann McMullan is an education leadership consultant based in Los Angeles, California, who works throughout the United States and internationally as a public speaker, writer, and consultant focused on leadership, professional development and educational technology. Ann is a frequent speaker at national education conferences and supports education leaders to assist with leadership, strategic planning and 21st century skills. A 34-year veteran educator, Ann spent 18 years as an innovative social studies teacher, followed by 16 years as Executive Director for Educational Technology in Klein ISD, Texas, a large suburban school district with over 54,000 students. In that role, she led the visioning, planning and effective implementation of strategies and tools for district wide digital learning until her move to Los Angeles in 2013. One of Ann's primary roles today is serving as Project Director for CoSN’s EmpowerED Superintendents Initiative, in partnership with AASA, The School Superintendents Association.
