Dr. Ann Laber Anders

Dr. Ann Laber Anders is the Supervisor of Instructional Technology and Library Media Programs for Washington County Public Schools in Maryland where she champions educational innovation. An adjunct professor and national presenter, she has spearheaded significant district-wide initiatives such as the implementation of Chromebook Plus devices, a K-12 Computer Science continuum within Library Media, and a Digital Well-Being Curriculum aligned with ISTE Standards. Dr. Laber Anders also collaborates on EdTech projects, developed AI instructional guidelines, and established a new professional development model with EdTech Coaches. Her core belief is equitable access to a cutting-edge education for all learners.
