Mr. Andrew Stevens

I am excited and honored to be the Principal at Arcola Elementary School! The 2025-26 school year will be my 16th year at Arcola and 10th year serving as the Principal. Previously, I was the Assistant Principal and a Gifted Resource Teacher here at Arcola. I have also taught 3rd and 5th grade in Henrico County before coming to Loudoun. I was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. I was awarded a Bachelors of Science degree from Longwood University with a concentration in Elementary Education with a minor in Outdoor Education. I then earned my Gifted Certification from the University of Virginia and was awarded a Masters of Education with a concentration in Educational Leadership/Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. Having presented at FETC in 2025, I am looking forward to continuing my journey as an Educational Leader in order to help guide and influence as many others as I possibly can.
