Andrew Nikola

Andrew is an innovative educator and instructional technology leader with a passion for empowering teachers and enriching student learning through purposeful technology integration. With over a decade of classroom and coaching experience, he has presented at leading conferences including FETC, the NYSCATE conference, Edcamps, and regional district conference days. His sessions offer practical, classroom-tested strategies that engage both novice and experienced educators. Andrew has also designed and facilitated web-based professional development for educators within his district and in neighboring districts, helping build capacity for instructional excellence across diverse learning environments. He was honored with the NYSCATE Outstanding Teacher of the Year award, recognizing his forward-thinking approach and impact on student achievement. In addition to his work as a presenter, Andrew has secured multiple grants to fund innovative educational projects.
