Yes, the educational world is changing. You know change is inevitable and you must keep pace, but how do you create effective change. This interactive presentation will illustrate how to link change management skills and data analysis to provide a smooth transition in your school. We will explore the significance of change management key principles, patterns, challenges, and best practices. We will determine what data matters most and how data helps you create the why and the need for change. We will examine how you deal with internal and external pressures and the telltale signs of resistance and how to successfully transition individuals, teams, and processes from their current state to the desired state. So, please bring an issue or what needs to be changed at your site. Let’s develop an effective action plan with first steps. This presentation is from your future. You may discover these concepts someday from experience, but you need them need now. Change is fundamental and necessary. Let’s embrace change and enhance you and your site’s effectiveness.
