This workshop is designed for district and school coaches. Participants of this workshop will learn how racism-related stress and subsequent response;racial battle fatigue impacts educators of Color while also spilling over and crossing over into their homes and communities. They will also be provided strategies and  tools to mitigate racial battle fatigue within themselves and others.They will understand racism-related stress and racial battle fatigue. They will also be provided tangible strategies to mitigate racial battle fatigue in the workplace and a tip sheet with additional resources.
