As educational leaders, we know we can count on change as an inevitable part of our job. However, we know change is hard for most people. Sometimes it's even difficult for us! This session will give us time to reflect on our changes, both those that have gone well and those that flopped. We'll also discuss strategies to approaching change proactively as we work with the education stakeholders in our communities.
