This session will explore critical technology priorities that are shaping K-12 technology budgets and investment plans for 2025 and beyond. It will analyze findings from a new national survey of K12 education leaders conducted by the Center for Digital Education and FETC. Key topics include EdTech integration in classrooms, data analytics for student performance and administrative decision-making, digital services for student mental health and wellbeing, strategies for improving staff retention and professional development, and adoption of artificial intelligence and machine learning. Attendees will gain practical guidance on navigating emerging technologies, budget constraints and workforce dynamics to support evolving student and staff needs.
