Guiding Esports Students Toward Future Success with Mentoring

What is a mentor and how do we support our esports students from the position of a mentor? What is a typical career path? How do esports players grow up to be productive, successful citizens? This session helps coaches see the myriad of career pathways connected to esports. Coaches will also receive guidance in how to mentor students into college and careers.
