Growing authentic learning experiences aligned to potential career pathway areas in partnership with dedicated business partnerships are now part of the education design playbook. Naperville will share how they build, manage, and scale work-based learning programming to support the needs of the student of the future. They have created systems to support diverse pathways of study leading to diploma endorsements that incorporate professional learning experiences tailored to students' interests and aspirations. Learn how to leverage partnerships with industry stakeholders to create meaningful learning opportunities, align curriculum with industry needs, and foster a culture of collaboration between educational institutions and the workforce.
