ElevateED: Elevating Data-Driven Professional Learning

As district leaders, we have to consider some of the most important learners in our systems: the educators themselves. In this session, you will learn how the Blue Springs School District takes a multi-faceted approach to professional learning to ensure that all educators have the knowledge and tools they need to teach today’s students. We will discuss in-person, building-level approaches, on-demand opportunities for personalized learning, and an innovative summer workshop model to provide graduate credit for educators.
