Meetings are a necessary part of any work environment, but there are a number of strategies to help make them more effective, and enjoyable, for attendees and leaders. Bring a device and explore strategies and technology tools for planning and facilitating effective meetings. Session Agenda 15 minutes - Welcome and brainstorming of meeting pain points. Overview of technology tools that can be used to organize, facilitate, and follow-up meetings. 10 minutes - Discussion of strategies for different meeting purposes: 1:1 meetings, project meetings, staff meetings, and planning meetings. 10 minutes - Discussion of strategies for meeting agenda planning and facilitation 10 minutes - Discussion of strategies for meeting feedback and follow-up 5 minutes - Conclusion and resource sharing If this session is selected for a workshop, then attendees will be invited to bring projects and other work to develop meeting content to use back at their districts and schools.
