In the wake of the ESSER cliff, our small school district embarked on a strategic initiative to streamline our educational technology usage while ensuring maximum utility from the products we retained. To do this, we developed an innovative micro-credentialing process to empower K-12 educators to build fluency with our assessment management system (AMS), Mastery Connect, through a series of focused Professional Development (PD) offered throughout the year. Join us for an in-depth exploration of our district’s journey in developing and implementing this micro-credentialing framework. We will share the targeted PD that built our educators’ understanding of product features and functionality that would enhance their ability to analyze student data and improve instructional practices, earning participating educators a credential badge to signify their expertise and commitment to effective integration of Mastery Connect.
