January 15, 2025
EXPO HALL LEADERSHIP ROUND TABLES: BOOTH 3386
Classroom Leaders
We must teach our younger students how to leverage and collaborate with AI. In this highly interactive session, we will explore safe platforms and strategies that allow our elementary students to learn about and explore artificial intelligence cautiously but highly engagingly. Attendees will learn how to create guardrails to protect elementary students as they use generative AI learning assistants. We will explore platforms such as Magic School, SchoolAI, Canva, Adobe, etc., along with the ISTE standards and guides for engaging students with AI creation. This session will help attendees gain confidence in teaching with and about artificial intelligence and allowing student use in elementary classrooms.
