January 16, 2025
SOUTH 330H
District Leaders
Implementing systemic change in a school and/or organization can be challenging, especially when a district is implementing new technology for classrooms. Start out strong! Learn how to make the experience more positive and get everyone not just on board but excited — it’s possible! In this session, we’ll equip you with the awareness and compass you need to reach your goal. Participants will learn about key components to support systemic change when adopting new educational technology into their organization. Areas of focus will be: professional development, qualitative and quantitative data collection/analysis, creating buy-in to systemic change, and shifting instructional pedagogical practices which further support instructional technology shifts in the classroom.
