Empower educators through high-impact professional learning enhanced by purposeful technology integration. This session explores how Kentucky designed and implemented an asynchronous professional development module focused on Transition Education for students with disabilities. Using a suite of digital tools aligned with research-based adult learning strategies, the module delivers role-specific content for administrators, teachers, paraprofessionals, and Career and Technical Education assistant teachers. Participants engage with relevant, reflective, and action-oriented content that supports improved outcomes for students with disabilities. A key feature of the design is its ability to foster statewide collaboration and shared learning across districts. Presenters will share a practical framework for developing self-paced PD that integrates accessible platforms, media creation tools, and data dashboards to deliver personalized content. Attendees will explore how intentionally selected technology promotes engagement, accessibility, and sustained growth. Participants will leave with actionable strategies to strengthen local PD systems through scalable, inclusive, and educator-centered design.
