This session introduces a blended professional development model using 360-degree cameras to enhance teacher practices. Participants will explore how this technology addresses challenges in behavior management, individualized instruction, and teacher collaboration. The session demonstrates how 360-degree cameras create immersive, flexible learning experiences, enabling educators to engage in deep self-reflection and collaborative analysis of classroom interactions. Attendees will learn a step-by-step process for integrating this technology into professional development, including recording, reviewing, and analyzing footage to improve teaching strategies. Through interactive discussions, hands-on demonstrations, and video examples, participants will gain practical skills to implement this model in their programs. Accessible materials, such as slide decks with visuals and video tutorials, will be provided to support ongoing application. A Q&A segment will allow attendees to address implementation challenges and share insights. The session will equip teacher educators and candidates with innovative tools for increasing inclusive, effective teaching practices, ultimately improving successful outcomes for unique needs of all classroom students.
