Systems Readiness for District Leaders: Setting Policies and Guidelines for Clear/Ethical AI Use

This workshop is designed for district and systems-level leaders eager to explore ways to build readiness at the systems level. Participants will assess the current state of their system's policy and operations functions using aiEDU’s Readiness Rubric and go through a guided process to identify district values, draft AI use principles, and evaluate current policies that may need to be updated or revised. We will look at case studies of districts that have implemented clear policies and review some sample guidelines together.
