What happens when passionate students, a school leader, and district leaders are posed the same questions about AI to cultivate more inclusive classrooms? In this cross-generational, cross-role panel, students and school leaders across multiple states will consider a common set of questions about how AI is shaping teaching and learning—particularly in inclusive settings. The panel features both elementary and secondary student voices alongside building, district, and county-level education leaders, providing a rare, 360-degree look at how AI tools are evaluated, implemented, and experienced across the educational system. From personalized learning to accessibility to ethical use, attendees will hear how AI is actually showing up across all levels of the system—and how it can be improved to serve all learners better. Moderated by EdTech entrepreneur and Exceptional Educators Podcast host Matt Giovanniello, and featuring students & leaders from Pocantico Hills CSD in New York and Montgomery County ESC in Ohio, this powerful panel will spotlight authentic insights from each perspective while revealing common threads that connect them. With inclusion, accessibility, and student agency as guiding themes, this panel will help attendees better understand how to align classroom needs with district-level decisions—and vice versa.
