District Leaders
Small and rural schools present several unique advantages that contribute positively to student development, academic achievement and activate community participation. While they may lack resources of larger rural or urban districts, they have advantages which can be leveraged to offer innovated instructional strategies and systems to enhance student achievement and success.
This presentation will illustrate how such concepts as utilizing technology, both in the classroom and individual student access, personalized learning, engaging community resources and stakeholders, collaboration with local colleges and national universities can provide high quality educational opportunities that rival larger schools. Do not let the physical boundaries of your school or district, be the boundaries for your student’s future or your creativity and foresight.
Please bring your ideas, concerns, and vision for the future and let’s build an action plan to address your specific needs and prepares students for success in the 21st century.
