Esports Leaders
Scholastic esports has taken the world by storm, providing an opportunity to build layers of community within a school, district, country, and across borders. From building bridges between the esports program and the local business community, to connecting youth from different schools and regions, to establishing relationships with peers and like-minded individuals around the world, a well-constructed scholastic esports program enables youth to practice community-building in a variety of settings. NASEF, the Network of Academic and Scholastic Esports Federations, equips leaders with free tools while connecting its leaders around the world. In this session, you’ll examine NASEF’s proven framework leveraged by esports leaders on different continents to create a positive culture and strong community through their programs, coupled with research that demonstrates the results. You will be equipped to develop a program where students develop meaningful life and career skills with a foundation of positive culture and connectedness.
