Our world is changing. Our country is changing and whether you realize it or not, your school/district is changing. You know change is inevitable and you must keep pace, but how do you create effective change. This interactive presentation will illustrate how to link change management skills to a smooth implementation in your school.
One of the primary challenges of change is the emotional and psychological impact it can have on employees. We will examine how you deal with internal and external pressures and the telltale signs of resistance and how to successfully transition individuals, teams, and processes from their current state to the desired state.
As your organization continues to evolve in response to the challenges and opportunities of a changing environment, those that prioritize and effectively manage change will not only survive but thrive, emerging stronger and more effective.
So, please bring an issue or what needs to be changed at your site. Let’s develop an effective action plan with first steps. This presentation is from your future. You may discover these concepts someday from experience, but you need them now.
