Esports Internships & Career Preparation

Learn how to develop in-class and after-school internships for students through esports career pathways and CTE courses that include video production, graphic design, marketing, business, entrepreneurship, and computer science. I'll share how I have worked with industry partners to provide nearly one hundred students with internships in fields that interest them, keep them in school, and inspire them to pursue these careers in the esports ecosystem industry. We'll dive into how to connect the courses and teachers within your district to activate students in these classes for internal district apprenticeships, where students run esports activations and tournaments, providing Work-based Learning experiences and preparing them with career-ready skills.
