Esports Creative League Creators: Cultivating Future-Ready Digital Workforce Talent

January 13, 2026
EXPO: ESPORTS THEATER: BOOTH #1042
District Leaders
The Esports Creative League (ECL) is redefining what it means to prepare students for the future of work. In this session, you’ll explore how ECL uses the Creative Learning Process—Inspire, Imagine, Create, Iterate, Empower—to guide students into workforce-ready roles like game designer, streamer, content creator, and digital entrepreneur. This session highlights how ECL transforms esports from a passive activity into an active creator economy where students build real-world skills while exploring career pathways. You’ll learn how schools are embedding Creative Tournaments, project-based learning, and storytelling challenges into their esports and CTE programs to increase engagement, especially among underserved populations. Whether you're launching a new esports program or seeking to level up an existing one, this session will equip you with tools, frameworks, and resources to align esports with industry-ready skills and educational standards.
