Empowering Classrooms with Embedded AI: Context, Not Chaos

January 12, 2026
W231C
District Leaders
Districts are searching for sustainable solutions to complex challenges including chronic absenteeism, instructional gaps, staff burnout, and the need for flexible high-quality options. This session introduces a new approach to support classroom teachers while addressing district priorities through embedded contextual AI. Instead of jumping between tools or navigating generic AI platforms, educators can access real-time instructional support directly within existing digital curriculum. Presenters will share how one Ohio ESC is helping districts integrate AI into a Quality Matters aligned online course platform to streamline delivery, improve student engagement, and strengthen response to intervention. The result is more time for teachers to focus on students and more flexibility for districts to offer credit recovery, acceleration, and alternative learning paths. Attendees will see how this tool works in practice, understand the development process, and explore use cases that connect instructional quality with operational outcomes.
