Creative assessment is a powerful catalyst for inclusive teaching—especially in blended learning environments. This session explores how the updated Universal Design for Learning (UDL) 3.0 framework empowers educators to create accessible, engaging, and creative learning experiences that embrace learner variability. Through digital storytelling and multimedia projects, you’ll discover how creativity drives deeper learning and gives students authentic ways to express what they know—regardless of ability, background, or learning preference. Participants will: Implement UDL 3.0 Principles: Apply revised guidelines to design flexible, barrier-free instruction. Enhance Creativity and Expression: Empower students with voice and choice through video, audio, text, and visuals. Foster Engagement and Motivation: Boost motivation with meaningful options for learning and demonstrating knowledge. Differentiate with Purpose: Use accessibility features and design thinking to offer multiple means of representation, action, and expression. Along the way, I’ll share practical examples and classroom success stories that illustrate how UDL 3.0 can transform teaching and learning. You’ll leave with a creative toolkit full of strategies, tools, and templates to reimagine your instructional design—ensuring all students feel seen, heard, and supported.
