Join this session to learn from James Wood, the NASEF Scholastic Tournament Administrator with extensive experience running both small and large-scale online and in-person tournaments. He is also in charge of the statewide California high school championship, the CIF x NASEF Esports Initiative, where is responsible for hundreds of teams across a variety of titles. James will go over how to choose titles, create brackets, and manage gameday logistics - plus, how to incorporate additional career elements like streaming and shoutcasting.
