Poster 3: AI-Enhanced Virtual Instructional Coaching: Advancing Equity, Feedback, and Growth in Online Teaching

This session will outline efforts at Gull Lake Virtual to "make the invisible visible" through instructional coaching that is augmented by an AI-assisted instructional coach. Grounded in adult learning theory and the NSQ Teaching Standards, this session explores how AI tools—such as predictive analytics, feedback generation, and real-time instructional data—can augment the coach’s capacity to deliver meaningful, scalable, and data-informed feedback.
